Firm Overview

My goal in representing each client is to determine:

  1. the legal issues,

  2. the most cost-effective way to resolving the problems without jeopardizing my client's interests and,

  3. the plan for problem resolution that meets the needs of my client.

I began my private practice in 1986, primarily representing debtors in bankruptcy. Many of my clients had other legal needs, which encouraged me to expand my practice to real estate matters and to the resolution of tax problems within bankruptcy.

Representing clients in their claims against insurance companies, drafting wills with trust and guardianship provisions, and practicing various types of family law complete my primary focus.

Many times the legal method of resolving conflicts has to be balanced within the emotional issues. Mediation should be used to resolve conflicts when applicable.

I am committed to practicing law with integrity, and providing a client-oriented service.
